The programme aims to train and develop students in a practice-orientated Interior Design programme. To equip them with the relevant conceptual, technical, digital and Industry based knowledge and skills to apply to a variety of project types and scales in an ever-growing digitized world.

 

On the conceptual front, students are exposed to skills enabling critical thought, research, ideation, interpretation, and translation.

Technical skillsets wise, students are equipped with communication skills, ranging from drawing, making, technical drafting and digital design and prototyping. Transiting between CAD, to Parametric Design, BIM and Virtual Reality (VR). Practices wise, Statuary Codes, tender processes, and entrepreneur fundamentals prepare graduates for Interior Design practices with a versatility to work in related Creative Industries, as well as the Built Environment.

Graduates are equipped with relevant competencies and skillsets to approach Interior Design as the expression and possibility of creating experimental and meaningful spaces between man and his enclosure, for inhabitation.
