The intervention looks to re-imagine the spatial qualities of a conventional hawker, and inject current trends to attract new faces to this aged and quiet neighbourhood.

 

As Hawker Centers are a staple at Chinatown, the intervention can also serve as a platform to raise awareness of preserving the hawker culture. space will be used mainly as an incubation hawker but it will also able to transform to accommodate different programs to keep up with the ever changing future.
